Our process

No surprises, unless it’s the good kind. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Fill out the form below so we can learn more about your trip and what kind of experience you’re looking for.

  2. Hop on a 1:1 call to discuss your travel preferences and what you’re looking to get out of your trip.

  3. Secure your trip by reviewing our T&Cs and submitting the planning fee so we can get started right away.

  4. Receive an outline of your trip with dates, destinations, flights, hotels, and estimated pricing for your review and feedback.

  5. Provide your feedback on the itinerary, and we’ll go back to make adjustments. Once you confirm, we’ll book your flights and hotels.

  6. Receive a detailed day-by-day itinerary with activities, logistics, and real pricing for your review.

  7. Adjust and approve the itinerary, and we’ll book activities and reservations. At this stage, pay any required deposits to secure your reservations.

  8. Receive the final trip itinerary, with all details in place.

  9. Depart for your trip and enjoy!

  10. Provide any post-trip feedback so we can continue to provide the best for you and our clients.
